New site processes personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, where applicable, the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
- Contact details — your name, email address and phone number when you book, buy or send us a message.
- Account data — if you create an account: email address, name and purchase history.
- Health or preference information — only what you choose to share so we can provide the service safely. It is used for that purpose alone and never shared.
- Usage data — anonymous page-view counts. We do not use tracking cookies and we cannot identify you from this data.
Why we use it
To provide the service you asked for, answer your messages, issue receipts and, only with your consent, send you occasional news by email. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
Only the suppliers needed to run the service — email delivery and payment processing. We never sell personal data.
How long we keep it
For as long as you are a customer and for the period required by tax law (up to 6 years for receipts). You may ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw consent, by emailing suporte@fluxo.app. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

We use only the strictly necessary cookie that keeps you signed in. No advertising or analytics cookies are set.
